How Our Pricing Works

You'll get a written estimate before any tool comes out of the truck — no meter running while we walk the job.
The ranges below reflect real 2026 pricing across the Las Vegas Valley — Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, and Centennial Hills. Final quotes depend on job size, access, and material choices. Call 702-408-5519 for a no-obligation estimate.

Pricing FAQ
Common Questions About Handyman Cost
How much does a handyman cost in Las Vegas?
Most Las Vegas handyman work is billed at $75–$95 per hour with a one-hour minimum, or as a flat rate for defined jobs like TV mounting, drywall patches, and fixture swaps. Free written estimates are provided before any work begins.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. All estimates are free — over the phone for straightforward jobs, or in-home for anything that needs a look. You'll have a firm price before we lift a tool.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A one-hour minimum applies to hourly work. For quick tasks under an hour we still bill the full hour, so most homeowners bundle small jobs together to get more done per visit.
What's the difference between hourly and flat-rate pricing?
Hourly is best for open-ended repair or punch-list work — you only pay for the time we're on-site. Flat-rate covers well-defined jobs (TV mounts, faucet swaps, drywall patches) where you want a fixed price up front. We recommend the option that ends up cheaper for your project.
Do prices include materials?
Labor prices above assume standard, homeowner-supplied fixtures. When we pick up materials for you, we pass through cost at our supplier receipt with a small pickup fee for the round trip.
Are prices the same across the Las Vegas Valley?
Rates are consistent across Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Enterprise, Paradise, and Centennial Hills. There's no upcharge for neighborhood — you pay the same rate whether you're in Downtown or Southern Highlands.
